Chairman's Reserve 1931 Rum, Saint Lucia

A tribute to Denis Barnard, who established his rum distillery in Saint Lucia in 1931. From St. Lucia Distillers, this limited edition blends Coffey and pot still rums aged 6 to 11 years in ex-bourbon and port casks, with 90% molasses rum and 10% agricultural rum distilled from fresh sugarcane grown at the distillery. Rich and complex, with notes of honeyed raisins, crème caramel, leather, tobacco, and a grassy finish.
