Refund policy

At Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or unused products.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To submit a claim, email us at salesoperations@fayegastronomie.frwith your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept claims for perishable goods (fresh produce, cheeses, charcuterie, dairy) reported more than 2 days after delivery. We also cannot accept claims for opened products, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds If your claim is validated, you will receive a store credit (avoir) valid for future purchases at Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes. No cash or card refunds are issued.
