SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery zones Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes delivers across Saint Lucia only. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery days We offer local delivery on selected days depending on your area:
- North of the island: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
- South of the island: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
At checkout, you will be asked to select your zone and choose your preferred delivery day.
Delivery fees
- Orders under 250 XCD: 50 XCD delivery fee
- Orders 250 XCD and above: free delivery
Store pickup You may also collect your order in store at no extra charge: Faye Gastronomie Caraïbes, Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Important Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Once your order is out for delivery, risk of loss passes to you upon receipt.
