Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks Rum, Saint Lucia

From St. Lucia Distillers, this extra-aged expression was born from casks misplaced after the distillery fire of May 2007. Rediscovered years later, the rums had aged far beyond the original Chairman's Reserve blend, yielding a richer and more complex spirit. A blend of Coffey and pot still rums aged 6 to 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with notes of sweet raisins, cigar tobacco, amber honey, and vanilla.
