Copalli White Organic Rum, Belize

From Copal Tree Distillery in Punta Gorda, southern Belize. Made with only three ingredients: organic heirloom sugarcane juice, non-GMO yeast and rainforest canopy water. Double distilled in column and pot stills, rested in stainless steel. No added flavours, colours or additives. Fresh and light, with notes of vanilla, grass, citrus and a hint of white pepper.
