Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Scotland

Scotland's first certified organic single malt, from Nc'Nean Distillery on the Morvern peninsula, Western Highlands. Made from 100% organic Scottish barley, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in STR red wine casks, ex-American whiskey barrels and a small amount of sherry casks. Net zero, non chill-filtered, natural colour, bottled in 100% recycled glass. Fruity and elegant with notes of lemon curd, peach, apricot and warm spice.
