Tatenokawa Shuryu Junmai Daiginjo Sake, Japan

From Tatenokawa Shuzo, a small artisan brewery founded in 1832 in Yamagata prefecture, Japan. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, using a combination of yeasts that produce distinctive floral and fruity aromas. Full-bodied, elegantly balanced and awarded a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2015 and 2016. Best served chilled.
