From The Dalmore distillery on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, Alness, Highland. Matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished for three years in three hand-selected sherry casks, Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso, exclusively sourced from González Byass in Jerez, Spain. Rich and warming, with notes of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, cinnamon, dried fruits and a long spiced finish.
