Bott Frères Pinot Noir Tradition 2021 - Alsace, France

From Bott Frères in Ribeauvillé, a family estate founded in 1835 and certified organic since 2022. Grown on clay-limestone soils and harvested by hand, this Pinot Noir is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged on fine lees for a few months. Light and fresh, with soft red berry fruit and silky tannins typical of Alsace Pinot Noir.
