From vines between 45 and 70 years old, some planted in 1900, on Kimmeridgian marl soils. Unoaked, aged 30 months on fine lees in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Classic flint and gunsmoke, blanched almond and gala apple, with a deep mineral salinity on the finish.
