A 100% Chardonnay village Puligny-Montrachet from Alain Chavy, assembled from eight separate parcels across the commune and aged in French oak (25% larger barrels) in some of Burgundy's deepest, coolest cellars. Yellow apple, quince, pear and hints of honey on the nose, with a mineral, rounded palate, bright acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
