A grower Champagne born of two legendary winemaking families, Xavier Gonet and Julie Medeville, from Premier Cru vineyards in Bisseuil and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Blended from 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier, no malolactic fermentation, aged 2 years on lees. Crisp orchard fruit, brioche, chalk and almond, with a fine persistent mousse and a lively finish.
