A grower Champagne from Davy Dosnon's second label, named for his grandfather, sourced from organically farmed Kimmeridgian limestone vineyards in the Côte des Bar. A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, aged 20 months on lees. Wild strawberry, blood orange and rose petal, with a silky mousse and a long mineral finish.
