Hennessy Very Special Cognac, France

The world's best-selling Cognac, Hennessy V.S is a blend of 40 carefully selected eaux-de-vie from across the Cognac region, each distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes in traditional copper alembic pot stills. Matured in new French Limousin oak casks for a minimum of two years, with some older eaux-de-vie blended in to add depth and roundness, it is crafted by Hennessy's eighth-generation Master Blender, Renaud Fillioux de Gironde. Bold, fragrant and exceptionally versatile, it is as much at home neat as it is in cocktails.

Nose: fresh toast, roasted almond and brown sugar, with subtle vine fruit and gentle spice.
Palate: rich and creamy, vanilla, candied fruit and light oak.
Finish: fresh, floral and clean.
