From Hotel Chocolat, whose Rabot Estate cacao farm and bar are located right here in Saint Lucia, this gin liqueur brings together London gin infused with real cacao and a burst of natural cherry and raspberry. Botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, orris root, lemon zest and cardamom create a smooth, subtly spiced base, while the fruits deliver a zingy, sherbety character with a hint of chocolate depth. Vibrant ruby-red in colour, perfect served with tonic and a twist of lime over ice.
