KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, Japan

Made at Japan's first dedicated gin distillery in Kyoto, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and 11 locally sourced botanicals including yellow yuzu, gyokuro green tea, bamboo and sanshō peppercorn, each distilled individually before being blended with pure Fushimi water. Floral, citrus-forward and beautifully balanced. Exceptional in a Martini or over ice.
