A sunny, easy-drinking red from Olivier Coste's organic estate near Pézenas. Grenache and Syrah grown on clay-limestone soils, fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit fresh and bright. Blackberry, cherry and garrigue herbs on the nose, supple tannins and a smooth finish. Perfect with grilled meats or a summer barbecue.
