Born from an obsession with cacao, Hotel Chocolat's Velvetised Chocolate Cream Espresso Martini is the work of a chocolatier who has always pushed boundaries. Their chocolatiers tested every grade of chocolate before settling on their house white chocolate, with 36% cacao butter, as the one that best lets the coffee notes shine. The result is a silky blend of cacao-infused vodka, real espresso and fresh cream, velvetised into a liqueur with a richness no conventional Espresso Martini can match. Hotel Chocolat sources its cacao from Rabot Estate, their own farm right here in Saint Lucia, making this a bottle with a genuine local connection.
Best served shaken and poured over ice, or stirred into a hot chocolate for an evening treat. The 500ml bottle is crafted from 50% recycled glass.
