St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, France

Created in 2007 by third-generation distiller Robert Cooper, St-Germain is the world's first elderflower liqueur. Every spring, over just three to four weeks, elderflower blossoms are hand-picked in the Savoie region of France and macerated in neutral grape spirit within hours of harvesting to preserve their fleeting freshness. Each bottle contains up to 1,000 flowers. Delicate and naturally floral, with notes of pear, lychee, citrus and a gentle honeyed finish. Perfect in a spritz, a G&T or any cocktail that needs a floral lift.
