A classic French bittersweet aperitif produced since 1889 using wild gentian roots sourced from the Massif Central, France. The gentian roots are macerated and distilled using traditional methods, producing a vivid golden spirit with a bold, bitter herbal flavour and a long, dry finish. 15% ABV.
