Domaine Patrick Baudouin 1896 - Loire, France

Named after the year Loire growers founded the Syndicat des Antisucreurs, Patrick Baudouin's flagship sweet wine is made from fully botrytised Chenin Blanc on ancient schist soils, fermented in barrel with no additives whatsoever. The 2018 delivers honey, fresh apricot and pineapple with a bright, saline finish that keeps it fresh and lively.
