Created by Keith Motsi, award-winning bartender who has run three of Asia's 50 Best Bars and received the Bartenders' Bartender award, this ready-to-drink Espresso Martini is a decadent twist on the classic. It combines raspberry-infused Berlin vodka, small-batch macerated French raspberry liqueur, dark chocolate bitters, raspberry syrup and a select espresso tincture, creating a multi-layered cocktail that is both fruity and deeply satisfying.

Rich and complex, with the bittersweet intensity of espresso, dark chocolate and ripe raspberry all in perfect balance. Simply shake well over ice and strain into a chilled glass. Ideal after dinner or as a sophisticated pick-me-up.
