From the Raffault family estate in Savigny-en-Véron, Chinon, a winemaking dynasty with roots going back to 1693. Distilled from the grape pomace of Loire Valley varieties and aged in new oak barrels for over ten years in the estate's ancient tuffeau stone cellars. Warm amber in colour, with earthy, spicy and dried fruit character. A traditional digestif of rare depth.
