Organically farmed on a remarkably steep 45% gradient with poor, rocky Kimmeridgian soils, bottled in February 2021 after over a decade aging on fine lees in stainless steel. Honeycomb, golden orchard fruit, apricot and freshly blasted chalk, with a broad, satiny palate and a long, nutty mineral finish.
