A rare white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Perrin family, produced from a 2.5-hectare parcel near Château de Beaucastel. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Picpoul and Roussanne, aged in demi-muids with regular batonnage. Pale gold, with white flowers, peach and a touch of honey, supple and elegant on the palate with a long, generous finish.
