A rare white Chinon from Pierre & Bertrand Couly, grown on chalk and tufa soils in the heart of the appellation. 100% Chenin Blanc with a bright, crystalline robe and an aromatic nose of white flowers, acacia, peach and flint. The palate is rich and rounded with good mineral tension and a long, fresh finish.
