From Domaine Bott Frères in Ribeauvillé, certified organic since 2022. Made from old-vine Pinot Noir with low yields of 35hl/ha, hand-harvested and 100% destemmed. Deeper and more structured than the Tradition cuvée, with a dark ruby colour, notes of blackcurrant, cherry and spice, ripe silky tannins and a lively, fine finish.
