Nicolas Rossignol Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Fourneaux 2019 - Burgundy, France

A Premier Cru from the fifth-generation vigneron Nicolas Rossignol, based in Volnay, from the sunny Les Fourneaux climat vinified with 30% whole bunches. The nose is elegant and aromatic with cassis, blueberry and dark wild fruits, leading to a medium-bodied palate with a sweet core of black fruit, firm structure and a long, sour cherry finish. Best from 2022–2035.
