Château Respide-Médeville Graves Blanc Sec 2018 - Bordeaux, France

From the Gonet-Médeville family's estate on the first gravel hill north of Langon, in the heart of the Graves appellation. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle, hand-harvested and aged in new oak barrels for 12 months. Aromatic and precise, with notes of fresh thyme, citrus zest and white flowers, a lively mineral palate and a clean, elegant finish. Only 583 cases produced.
