The smallest premier cru of Santenay, planted in the 1980s on a south-facing shallow limestone hillside. Hand-harvested with 30% whole bunches, aged 12 months in Burgundian barrels with 15% new oak. Juicy and elegant, with delicate fruit and a crisp, long finish.
