Made with pure butter and premium French chocolate, these all-butter pains au chocolat deliver a flaky, golden crust and a rich, melting chocolate centre.

How to bake:

1. Thaw at room temperature for 30–45 minutes
2. Optionally brush with egg wash (1 beaten egg) for a golden finish
3. Preheat oven to 190°C
4. Bake in a fan oven at 165–170°C for 15–18 minutes
5. Best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven
