Confidences de Prieuré-Lichine 2014 - Margaux, France

The second wine of Château Prieuré-Lichine, a 4th Grand Cru Classé in Margaux guided by consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt. Made from younger vines on gravelly soils, the 2014 is a Merlot-dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 14 months in French oak. Red stone fruit, floral notes and spice, with silky tannins and the elegant, refined style characteristic of the Margaux appellation.
