The crown jewel of DAOU, a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot from DAOU Mountain at 2,200ft elevation, aged 22 months in 100% new French oak. Silky and voluptuous with black cherry, cassis, leather, dark chocolate and truffle, with velvety tannins, limestone minerality and a long, espresso-laced finish.
