From Distillerie Patrick St. Surin in Carrefour des Pères, Haiti. Estate-grown native sugarcane, wild yeast fermentation over 10 to 15 days, twice distilled in a small alembic pot still and bottled at cask strength. Notes of fresh sugarcane, clover honey, tropical herbs and dried apricot.
