From Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, under the AOC Martinique designation. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice in a copper column still and aged a minimum of 4 years in a combination of new French Limousin oak and re-charred ex-bourbon casks. Rich amber with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, caramel, and warm spice, with a long silky finish.
