Copalli Organic Black Cane Bold White Rum Limited Edition, Belize

A limited edition from Copal Tree Distillery in Punta Gorda, Belize. Distilled exclusively from the juice of a single variety of organic black Noble Cane, with organic yeast and rainforest canopy water. Double distilled in column and pot stills, aged 3 months in stainless steel. Richer and more full-bodied than the standard white, with notes of sugarcane, melon, herbaceous hints and dried apricot.
