From Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi prefecture, Japan. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to just 39% of its original grain, this premium Junmai Daiginjo sits between the Dassai 45 and 23 in refinement. Generous aromas of melon, apple and honeydew with a creamy, fruit-forward palate and a clean, wine-like acidity. Best served well chilled.
