Les Hauts de Guillaman 2019 - IGP Côtes de Gascogne, France

A flagship single-vineyard Merlot from Domaine Guillaman, a family estate perched at 170 metres in the hills of Gascony since 1626. Six weeks of skin maceration with indigenous yeast, then 18 months in new French oak barrels. Dark and concentrated, with vanilla, black cherry, cocoa and spice, and tannins that have softened into something genuinely satisfying.
