From Joseph Cartron in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Cocoa beans from small family farms on the Ivory Coast are roasted, crushed and distilled in a copper pot still to capture their full aromatic depth, then blended with a touch of Cognac for mellowness and structure. Rich and velvety, with intense dark chocolate character.
