Signature Cocktail Co. Coconut & Pineapple Daiquiri

Created by Tamaryn Cooper, the youngest female bartender to win gold at the Campari Bartender Competition Thailand and a top-three finalist at Campari's Asia Regional Final, this ready-to-drink Daiquiri is a tribute to the tropical beaches of South-East Asia. Born in Phuket and raised in Bali, Tamaryn brings her love of the region to a blend of aged rum, Massenez pineapple and coconut liqueur, fresh lime and lemongrass, a combination that is both vibrant and beautifully balanced.

Refreshing and tropical, with the sweetness of coconut, the bright tang of pineapple and a lingering lemongrass warmth. Best shaken with ice and strained into a chilled coupe glass.
