From Maison Dolin, founded in 1821 in Chambéry, Savoie, one of France's oldest vermouth producers and holder of a protected geographical indication. Made from Savoie white wines macerated with alpine plants, cinchona bark and spices, resulting in a deep mahogany vermouth with elegant herbal and spice character. A versatile classic for a Manhattan, Negroni or simply as an aperitif over ice.
