Normindia Gin, France

Created by Pierre, third generation of Domaine du Coquerel, a Calvados producer in Normandy since 1937, Normindia was born from his six months travelling in India and a recipe for a juniper distillate found in a family book dating back to 1765. Distilled in the same traditional copper Calvados column used for the estate's brandies, it blends 15 botanicals including apple, orange, juniper, ginger, cinnamon, clove, lily and coriander, macerated for 4 to 12 days before distillation. Fresh, fruity and lightly spiced, it is a gin that beautifully reflects both Normandy and India. Perfect in a G&T or a Martini.
