Poggio alle Mura Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino, Italy

Produced by Castello Banfi from the pomace of their Brunello di Montalcino, made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes grown around the historic Poggio alle Mura castle. Double-distilled using steam in the traditional method, then aged 18 months in Slavonian oak casks. Delicate and floral, with red fruits, violet and a silky, refined finish.
