Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 10 Year Old White Oak Virgin Cask, Japan

From Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa, one of the oldest distilleries on the island. Distilled from 100% Indica rice using black Koji unique to Okinawa, and aged 10 years in virgin white oak casks under the subtropical climate of the Ryukyu Islands. Non chill-filtered, no added colour. Notes of honey, brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and a long spiced finish.
