Madre Mezcal Artesanal Espadin, Mexico

Handcrafted by the Garcia Morales family in San Dionisio, Oaxaca. Made from 100% Espadin agave, pit-roasted in the earth, fermented with local well water and wild mountain yeast, then distilled in copper pot stills. Smoky, earthy and bright, with hints of sage and a lingering floral finish.
