Joseph Cartron Crème de Pêche de Vigne (Peach) Liqueur

From Joseph Cartron in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Small white Pêche de Vigne peaches, grown on the slopes of the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne, are macerated for 10 to 12 weeks to extract the full flavor of the flesh and pits, resulting in a golden, intensely aromatic liqueur. Fresh and juicy, with a gorgeous natural peach character.
