The Botanist Islay Dry Gin 22

Made at Bruichladdich Distillery on the Scottish island of Islay, The Botanist combines nine classic gin botanicals with 22 wild herbs and flowers hand-foraged from the island's hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores. All 31 botanicals are slow-distilled over 17 hours in a unique Lomond still known as "Ugly Betty", resulting in a beautifully complex, floral and herbaceous gin unlike any other. Perfect in a G&T with fresh thyme, or in a Martini.
