Trois Femmes Hand Crafted Hibiscus Flowers Gin, St Lucia

A clean, fresh gin handcrafted in Saint Lucia by three local women using tropical botanicals from the island. The hibiscus gives it a beautiful natural pink colour and a tart, cranberry-like character, lifted by hints of citrus and coriander, with juniper providing balance and complexity. Distilled, bottled and labelled entirely by hand. Served at Sugar Beach, Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet.
