Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried Single Malt Whisky, France/Scotland

Created by Michel Couvreur, originally from Belgium, who distils single malt spirit in Scotland and ships it to his cellars carved into the hillside at Bouze-les-Beaune, Burgundy, for maturation. This expression is aged in a single fresh cream Sherry oak cask, with no age statement as maturity varies by cask. Rich and deeply sherried, with dried fruits, figs, vanilla and a long, mellow finish.
