A peated Islay malt distilled in Scotland and matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in Michel Couvreur's underground cellars in Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. Buttery and rich, with notes of sundried raisins, figs, dark chocolate, roasted almonds and earthy peat smoke, finishing long with tobacco and polished oak.
